Silken Tofu Sour Cream

This one is super simple and a must for wedges, tortillas, anything that warrants a big slop of dip!

Ingredients

  • Silken tofu – 1 pack
  • Lemon – 1 smallish 
  • Cider vinegar – 1 splash

Simply bung all the ingredients in a food processor and whizz until combined and creamy.

It will keep for a day or two in the fridge if covered.
